Our honey extraction laboratory occupies an area of 800sqm and develops in three locals , functional to a fast and efficient processing of large batches of honey. An horizontal axis line working on average 200 supers per day, ripeners with a capacity of 140 quintals of honey, large rooms to store supers and drums, are the strength to face each season, continuous “jumps” between a flowering and an other or be quick and precise on the possibility of double crops.
